Live music is slowly coming back, but support is still needed for musicians and venues struggling through the pandemic shutdown.

"ALIVE Detroit: A Livestream Benefit for Detroit Venues" will raise money for both parties at 7 p.m. Friday, April 23. The concert streams on the DIME Detroit Facebook page, while a GoFundMe page has also been set up for the event. Ally Evenson, Metawav., Erno, Au Gres and Hynum will perform, taking the stage at area venues such as Otus Supply in Ferndale and PJ's Lager House, El Club and The Underground in Detroit.

More information and updates via DIME's Facebook page.
