Jack White will be releasing a recording from one of his home town concerts in 2014.
"Jack White: Live at the Masonic Temple 7-30-14" hails from a July 30 show the Detroit native played as part of a two-night stand in the city. He played at the Fox Theatre, for the first time ever, two nights prior.
The four-LP set will be available through Third Man Records' Vault subscriptions series. Those wishing to receive it can sign up by 1 a.m. Feb. 1 via thirdmanstore.com/vault/subscriptions.
The set includes the entire 38-song concert -- a barn-burner that featured material from his two solo albums (including the then-new "Lazaretto") as well as from the White Stripes, the Raconteurs and the Dead Weather (whose Alison Mosshart and Dean Fertita joined White on stage), along with snippets of favorites by Led Zeppelin, Muddy Waters, Hank Williams and Beck. A bonus seven-inch single features White's 2020 performance on "Saturday Night Live."
The Vault release comes on the heels of a White Stripes' "Greatest Hits" album that came out during December.
