Garth Brooks, who sold out Ford Field in February, is coming back to the metro area -- on screen, at least.

Brooks will be performing a pre-recorded drive-in concert at more than 300 theaters around the country on June 27 and has added the Canterbury Village Drive-In in Lake Orion to the list for two showings, at 6:30 and 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $100 per car and go on sale at noon Friday, June 19, via Ticketmaster.com/garthbrooks.

The show is already on sale for the Ford Wyoming Drive-In in Dearborn and the New US 23 Drive-In Theater in Flint.

A variety of restrictions are in place for the show, including contactless ticketing, no coolers or outside food or drinks, no pets and social distancing. Canterbury Village attendees will be required to wear masks and gloves outside of the vehicle. Capacity will be limited to 200 cars per show.

More information is available at canterburyvillage.com.

Brooks played a two-hour and 10-minute concert front of more than 70,000 on Feb. 22 at Ford Field, sporting a Barry Sanders Detroit Lions jersey (both are Oklahoma State University alumni). The show sold out in less than 90 minuets when tickets went on sale in November.
