Garth Brooks and his wife Trisha Yearwood are taking their show from the Internet to network TV this week.

After their collaboration on the March 23 episode of Brooks' weekly "Inside Studio G" on Facebook crashed the web, the duo is teaming up for "Garth & Trisha Live!" at 9 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, on CBS (WWJ, Channel 62. The intimate special will be done with a minimal crew practicing social distancing, according to the announcement.

"We're seeing how big things can be when we all do them as one," Brooks and Yearwood said in a statement, adding that CBS is donating $1 million to coronavirus charities. Viewers will also have an opportunity to make donations during the broadcast.

Brooks was celebrated on Sunday night, March 29, with the PBS broadcast of the "The Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song," filmed March 4 in Washington, D.C. He played a sold-out show on Feb. 22 at Ford Field in Detroit.
