Tame Impala and Vampire Weekend will headline the seventh annual Mo Pop Festival, taking place on July 27-28 at Detroit's West Riverfront Park.
The rest of the festival lineup includes Ella Mai, Kali Uchis, Lizzo, King Princess, the Story So Far, J.I.D., NONAME, Alec Benjamin, Wallows, Snail Mail, Yellow Days, Roy Blair, Tiny Moving Pars, Caamp, the Band Camino, Goth Babe, Siena Liggins, the Craig Brown Band, the Messenger Birds and the Doozers.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 8, via mopopfestival.com and at the Royal Oak Music Theatre box office. Single day passes are $75, while a two-day ticket is $109.50. There are also four-packs and hotel packages, and children 12 years and younger are free with a paid ticketholder.
This is Mo Pop's fifth year at West Riverfront Park, 1801 W. Jefferson Ave., after its first two years at Freedom Hill County Park in Sterling Heights. Last year's festival drew more than 30,000 people over its two days.
The festival will again include The Shipyard and Food Truck Alley dining experiences, a Craft Bazaar and the Mo Pop Arcade for gaming. The Haute To Death & Friends dance party will return after debuting during 2018.
