Greta Van Fleet has added one more jewel to its charmed existence.
The Frankenmuth rock quartet has been invited to perform at the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s 26th annual Academy Awards Viewing Party, taking place march 4 in Los Angeles. The event is one of the most prestigious of the Hollywood awards season and the foundation’s biggest fundraiser of a year.
In a statement, GVF guitarist Jake Kiszka says that, “We were speechless when Elton called us. We are all big fans of his so are very, very honored by this invitation.”
