Concert News: Elton John's farewell, Greta Van Fleet
Elton John is calling it quits from touring -- but will perform in the Detroit metro area one last time before he does.
John’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour plays Oct. 12 at Little Caesars Arena and also has an Oct. 15 date at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids. General public tickets go on sale Feb. 2 while an American Express pre-sale begins Thursday, Jan. 25, and runs through Monday, Jan. 29.

John is in New York this week to receive a Governor’s Award at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, Jan. 28. He’ll be celebrated with the Elton John: I’m Still Standing -- A Grammy Salute concert on Jan. 30, which will be filmed and broadcast later on CBS.
