Shakira fans will have to wait a little longer to see her in concert next year.
The Grammy Award-winning Colombian hitmaker has postponed the North American leg of her El Dorado World Tour as she continues to recover from vocal cord strain. That pushes Shakira's planned Jan. 22 show at Little Caesars Arena to Aug. 4.
Tickets for the original date will be honored, while refunds will be made if necessary at the point of purchase. Tickets are still available, priced $40.50-$130.50 via 313Presents.com or LiveNation.com.
Shakira plans to return to the road in June to make up postponed dates in both North America and Europe and plans to announce more concerts in Mexico and South America.
