Bob Seger will be releasing new vinyl editions of his 1994 "Greatest Hits" album and his 1969 debut, "Ramblin' Gamblin' Man" on Friday, June 2
"Greatest Hits," issued on 150-gram and 180-gram vinyl, comes out as a two-LP set on Friday, with a limited purple vinyl edition available exclusively via BobSeger.com. The album, which was Billboard/Nielsen SoundScan's top Catalog Album of the Decade from 2000-2010, has been certified Diamond for sales of more than 10 million copies.
"Ramblin' Gamblin' Man," meanwhile, will also be released on blue vinyl on June 9.
Seger has announced two shows for the metro area -- a sold-out Sept. 9 concert at the DTE Energy Music Theatre and a Sept. 23 date at the Palace of Auburn Hills. A full tour and possibly new album details are expected to be announced soon.
