Queen + Adam Lambert leads this week's big show announcements

It will be the real life, and just fantasy, again on July 20, when Queen + Adam Lambert perform at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

It marks the second full-scale North American tour for the group, which last played the Palace on July 12, 2014. The announcement promises "a brand new show specially designed and created for this outing," with Queen hits such as "Bohemian Rhapsody," "We Will Rock You," "We Are The Champions" and more.

Tickets, price $49.50-$175, go on sale at 10 a.m. February 3. For more information visit palacenet.com.

Sam Hunt, Maren Morris, Chris Janson and Ryan Follese, June 16 at the DTE Energy Music Theatre. Tickets on sale Feb. 3.

Idina Menzel, Aug. 11, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre.

Rod Stewart and Cyndi Lauper, Aug. 1 at DTE.

Tedeschi Trucks Band, the Wood Brothers and Hot Tuna, July 23 at Meadow Brook.

Third Eye Blind and Silversun Pickups, July 7 at DTE. On sale Thursday, Jan. 26.

Train, O.A.R. and Natasha Bedingfield, June 25 at DTE.
