This week's new and noteworthy music releases include...

De La Soul, "And The Anonymous Nobody" (AOI/Rough Trade): The hip-hop troupe Kickstarter-funded its ninth studio album, which features guests such as Snoop Dogg, Usher, Jill Scott, Talking Heads' David Byrne and many more.

Celine Dion, "Encore un soir" (Columbia): Still mourning her late manager and husband, the Canadian songstress releases her first French language album since in four years.

Florida Georgia Line, "Dig Your Roots" (Republic Nashville): The country duo's third album includes diverse collaborations with Tim McGraw, Ziggy Marley and the Backstreet Boys.

Ingrid Michaelson, "It Doesn't Have To Make Sense" (Cabin 24): The singer-songwriter's seventh album finds her in a mood to "Celebrate" -- which, conveniently, is the title of its first single.

Prophets Of Rage, "The Party's Over" (self-released): A five-song debut EP from the politically charged all-star collective of Rage Against the Machine, Public Enemy and Cypress Hill members, which includes one new song (the title track), a version of the PE song that gave the band it's name and more.

Britney Spears, "Glory" (RCA): A clearly healthy and reinvigorated Spears has helped generate some heat for her ninth studio album, and a pairing with G-Easy on the single "Make Me..." hasn't hurt the buzz, either.

Barbra Streisand, "Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway" (Columbia): Broadway and duets have always been good to Streisand, who's joined by a corps of singing actors -- Alec Baldwin, Hugh Jackman, Melissa McCarthy, Seth MacFarlane and more -- on this high-concept endeavor.

Butch Walker, "Stay Gold" (Dangerbird): The songwriter-producer-artist comes back from the dark terrain of 2015's "Afraid Of Ghosts" with a slightly more lighthearted and occasionally sentimental 10-songs set that flaunts his love for sophisticated songwriting.

Also Out: The Bad Plus, "It's Hard" (Okeh); Darren Barrett/Trumpet Vibes, "The Music of Amy Winehouse" (dB Music); Will Calhoun, "Celebrating Elvin Jones" (Motema); Joanna Connor, "Six String Stories" (MC); Anthony David, "Now" (Shanachie); Delain, "Moonbathers" (Napalm); El GranCombo de Puerto Rico, "Alunizando" (EGC); Fabulous Thunderbirds, "Strong Like That" (Severn); Gaither Vocal Band, "Better Together" (Gaither Music Group); Glass Animals, "How To Be A Human Being" (Harvest); Joseph, "I`m Alone, No You're Not" (ATO);
