Detroit's annual Hoedown is getting bigger this year, with headliners such as Rascal Flatts, Darius Rucker, Brett Eldridge and Rochester-raised Jana Kramer.

And shorter.

The 33rd annual 99.5 WYCD Downtown Hoedown, taking place June 5-6, shifts from its usual three days to two this year. It also moves to a new home; after starting at Hart Plaza and then moving to the Comerica Park parking lots, this year`s even twill take place back on the Detroit River front, but at an open area at Jefferson Avenue and 10th street, just west of Joe Louis Arena and the Riverfront Apartments.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. March 13, priced $35 for single day general admission and $49.50 for a two-day pass. A limited number of reserved seats will also be available.

In addition to the headliners, the Hoedown will host the Eli Young Band, Drake White, Ashley Monroe, Brothers Osbourne, A thousand Horses, Craig Wayne Boyd, LoCash Cowboys, Striking Matches, Old Dominion, Michael Ray and Cam.
