Missed Miley Cyrus' Bangerz Tour stop at the Palace in April -- or want to re-live it? NBC is giving you that chance.
The network will air a two-hour Bangerz tour special at 9 p.m. ET on Sunday, June 6, featuring concert footage from recent concert in Spain and Portugal -- with, presumably, some judicious editing of the more explicit elements of the show -- as well as behind-the-scenes footage. The special is expected to be turned into a DVD/Blu-ray release in the near future, though no details have yet been announced.
Cyrus launched the Bangerz Tour on Feb. 14 in Vancouver. It wrapped up its European run on June 22 and will play nine more U.S. shows in August before heading to Latin America and Australia during September and October. Cyrus is also featured on the Flaming Lip's upcoming remake of the Beatles "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" and is hoping to write songs for her next album with the group.
And she recently welcomed added a new dog to her entourage, Emu Coyne Cyrus, after her previous pooch, Floyd, died earlier this year. Floyd's middle name is a nod to Flaming Lips leader Wayne Coyne.
