Yelawolf fans in Detroit will have to wait a little longer to see the Alabama rapper.

The MC -- who records for Eminem's Shady Records label -- postponed his scheduled show Tuesday (March 7) at Detroit's Saint Andrews Hall due to an unspecified illness. According to Live Nation Entertainment he's been admitted to a hospital in Madison, Wisc., where he last performed.

The show will be rescheduled for a later date.

The 32-year-old rapper (real name Michael Atha) released his second album, "Radioactive," in November. His latest single, "Let's Roll," was co-produced by Eminem and features a guest appearance by Kid Rock.
