* The late Detroit rap and electronic producer/artist James "J Dilla" Yancey will be remembered with a Dilla Day Detroit celebration on Friday, Dec. 10, at the Fillmore Detroit, 2115 Woodward Ave. Scheduled performers include Danny Brown, Guilty Simpson, Chuck Inglish, Phat Kat and others. * It will be a busy pre-Valentine's Day weekend for flutist Alexander Zonjic.
