— Twenty-one local acts will play “dress up” as other artists for Creepy Cheapy Halloween Treat IV, which takes place Friday, Oct. 28, at the Crofoot Ballroom, 1 S. Saginaw St., Pontiac. Citizen Smile will perform as U2, ChildBite as nine inch nails, Wilson as AC/DC and the School of Rock students will stage Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.” Five DJs, including Erno the Inferno and Cupcake Collector, will spin. * Crud, Half Life and DJ Pleasure Kitten will provide the sounds while the Doppelganger Circus Sideshow — complete with a snake charmer, poledancers and a haunted petting zoo — will provide the macabre sights at Hellbent II, taking place at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at the Russell Industrial Center, 1600 Clay St., Detroit.
