The annual two-day Heatstock blues festival takes place Friday and Saturday (July 29-30) in Fostoria, north of Lapeer, with performances by Motor City Josh & the Big Three, Jeff Grand & the Grandmasters, Psychild, the Billy Davis Rhythm Machine, the Alligators and more. The site is at 915 Garfield Road. One-day tickets are $40 in advance, $50 at the gate; a two-day pass is $50 in advance, $60 at the gate. Camping is available.
