— The third annual Rock Lottery, in which local musicians are organized into random groups to play one cover song and write one original, is Friday, April 22, at the Magic Stick, 4120 Woodward Ave., Detroit. Some 60 artists have signed up for the 15 one-night-only bands, including members of Conspiracy of Owls, State Lottery, the Sights, Lee Marvin’s Computer Arm, Octopus, Speedball, Millions of Brazilians and others.
