Homegrown Happenings: Blowout, /Something Utopic and more...
* The 14th annual Blowout festival continues for two more nights, Friday and Saturday, March 4-5, with more than 100 local groups and artists playing at 14 venues in Hamtramck. * For those who just want to bang on the drum all day, Foli Detroit will present a Rhythm Family Djembe class at 8 p.m. on Friday, March 4, at Detroit's Magic Stick, followed by a free-form drumdance circle.
