Ticket sales for Bob Seger's spring tour got off to a good start on Friday (Feb. 11) -- at least close to home.
Seger's March 31 show in Toledo sold out in just six minutes. A second concert was added for March 26, which is now the earliest announced date for the tour. Tickets are still available for that show as well as for the April 7 stop in Cleveland, which also went on sale Friday.
Tickets go on sale Saturday (Feb. 12), for the March 29 concert in Saginaw and the April 2 date in Grand Rapids. Shows in Cincinnati (April 5) and Buffalo (April 9) go on sale Feb. 19.
More Seger dates, including his Detroit area stops, are expected to be announced soon. The Detroit rocker rehearsed with his Silver Bullet Band this week; he's concurrently putting the finishing touches on a new album that he hopes to release in the spring as well.
