* It's eight weeks until St. Patrick's Day, but you can get into the spirit with the Diggers, Odd Enough, MIchael O'Brien & the Distractions and the Terry Murphy Band, all playing at the Wild Irish Pub Night on Friday, Jan. 21, at Callahan's Music Hall, 2105 South Blvd., Auburn Hills. * Striking Detroit Symphony Orchestra concertmaster Emmanuelle Boisvert and guest conductor Kenneth Kiesler from the University of Michigan will participate in "Boisvert Plays the Beethoven Romances," which will include two Beethoven pieces as well as Brahm's "Academic Festival Overture" at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, at the Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 467 Fairford Road, Grosse Pointe.
