* Itís a School of Rock weekend in Pontiac with three different programs from the national operationís Rochester branch. At 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, the students will present Mock Rock, covering groups such as Spinal Tap, Tenacious D, the Blues Brothers and others at The Crofoot Ballroom, 1 S. Saginaw St. At 3 p.m. Saturday theyíll play the music of Nirvana and Green Day at the Eagle Theater, 15 S. Saginaw, and at 6:30 p.m. Sunday it will be a full show of Beatles at the Eagle Theater.
