The remaining three concerts -- including a home town show by the Romantics -- have been announced for the annual Rockin' on the Riverfront series at the GM Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit.
Following Dave Mason's kickoff show Friday (July 16), Blue Oyster Cult and Solid State will perform on July 30, followed by Greg Rolie, a founder of both Journey and Santana, on Aug. 6 with Salem Witchcraft opening. The Romantics will close the shortened series on Aug. 13 with the Eddie Leighton Project joined by special guest Steve Kostan of WCSX-FM on guitar.
All of the shows are free and open to the public and take place on the south side of the Renaissance Center, along the Detroit River. Call 313-567-6700 or visit www.andiamoitalia.com/detroit.
