* Birmingham-based artist Chris Kime’s Create the Canvas Productions is hosting the music and painting exhibition “Seven Deadly Sins of Art” at 8 p.m. Saturday, June 5, at the Magic Stick, 4120 Woodward Ave., Detroit. Eleven artists have created paintings displaying each of the seven deadly sins, which will be displayed while acts such as the Sheenymen, Midnite Knife Fight, Mobil, Jessica Hernandez and DJ 2041 performer.
