Stars Shine For Capitol Christmas

Neil Diamond, Usher, Sugarland, Mary J. Blige, Rob Thomas and hot newcomer Justin Bieber provide the music for the 28th annual “Christmas in Washington” special debuting this weekend on TNT.

George Lopez hosts the hour-long show, with President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama in attendance. The song lineup includes a Diamond medley of “Joy to the World”/ “Winter Wonderland”/“Cherry, Cherry Christmas,” Usher’s rendition of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” Sugarland singing “Gold and Green,” Blige delivering “The Christmas Song,” Bieber offering up “Someday at Christmas” and Thomas crooning “A New York Christmas.”

The show debuts at 8 p.m. Sunday (Dec. 20), with repeats at 11 p.m. and at 2 a.m. Monday.
