A corps of local bands — including Prussia, Childbite, Allan James & the Coldwave, Silverghost, Marco Polio & the New Vaccines and more — will play a bit of musical “dress up” for The Crofoot’s Creepy Cheapy Halloween Treat II, posing as groups such as the Velvet Underground, Weezer, Rage Against the Machine, Devo and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, among others. The long-lived Detroit rap duo Insane Clown Posse will host its annual Hallowicked concert at 7 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 31) at the Fillmore Detroit, 2115 Woodward Ave. The Posse — whose latest album, “Bang!
