Jack White, the Detroit native who leads the White Stripes, Raconteurs and The Dead Weather and now resides in Nashville, Tenn., has announced a new social networking and subscription service for his label, Third Man Records.

The Vault, which launched July 3, gives members access to exclusive content from artists on the company’s roster, including music, video, podcasts, blogs, live chats and pre-sales for concert tickets. There are two tiers of monthly membership available, at $7 and $20, the latter of which includes extras such as quarterly vinyl LPs, limited edition 7-inch singles and exclusive T-shirts. Those joining before July 21 will receive a special vinyl edition of the White Stripes’ 2007 album “Icky Thump,” an exclusive T-shirt and a Dead Weather single.

Fans can sign up for memberships at www.thirdmanrecords. com. White (né Gillis) and The Dead Weather release their first album, “Horehound,” on Tuesday and perform July 24 at the Fillmore Detroit.
