The Detroit-based Go-DIY Records label rolls out a halfdozen of its artists for a label showcase on Saturday (May 9) at the Magic Bag, 22920 Woodward Ave., Ferndale. Fifth Woodward, Sewn Mouth Secret, the Setup, Cozmonauts and Infrastar will represent the imprint that night, with doors opening at 8 p.m. Admission is $8. AC/DC isn’t coming back to town until August, but the youths from the local franchise of Paul Green’s School of Rock will ride the musical “Highway to Hell” Friday and Sunday (May 8 and 10) with a show of AC/DC music at the Emerald Theatre, 31 N.
