The Detroit Symphony Orchestra and new conductor Leonard Slatkin roll into Oakland County on Friday (Feb. 2) for a free concert at the Somerset Collection at Big Beaver and Coolidge roads in Troy. The DSO will perform highlights from its planned 2009-10 season, which will be accompanied by a fashion show. The performance begins at 7 p.m. in the mall’s main atrium.
