In just a few short years this Flint-based band has achieved international acclaim for their body of recorded work and for their live shows.
Since forming in 2004 the act has performed at some of North America's most prestigious blues festivals, and has shared billing with an eclectic array of blues and rock legends.
The band recently returned from an Armed Forces Entertainment tour of S. Korea and Japan. Plans are underway for additional tours to entertain US military personnel stationed overseas
What's up with the name:
The group is named after bandleader Rusty Wright, who is is the primary songwriter, arranger and music producer.<

Tunes from "Playin' with Fire" have been in regular rotation on Sirius/XM's BB King's Bluesville channel for much of the year and songs are being streamed on four major US airlines. The album made the Soundscan charts earlier this year as well as the Roots Music Report charts.

The group's 2009 cd "Playin' with Fire" has been endorsed by the Detroit Blues Society for the Blues Foundation's "Best Self-Produced CD of the Year Award. The group will also undertake their first European tour in 2010.
